I am having problems trying to set up my receiver I have installed the factory file Dreamlink_T4_0010_0218BP then did factory reset and rebooted installed file Dreamlink_T4_0109_0625P did factory rest and rebooted then scanned sats bev 91 and dn 110 then set audio and video setting. I then went to network settings and entered in info and can not get it to connect. I have done this 3 times with same result and have also noticed that when i scan sats is only loading approx half of the channels. I have checked to make sure subscription is good have hooked a computer to ethernet cable to make sure wasn't a problem there. Have had a different receiver hooked up and it had worked fine. Would appreciate any help

could a bad switch cause this problem?

you can look up the channels here and do a manual scan of the tps if the quality is there
http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/Dish-USA-110W_sid.html
http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/Bell-TV-91W_sid.html
You might want to bypass the switch (dont forget to turn off diseq) and run directly to each lnb to see if the switch is the issue
Good luck

Could be lnb drifting (going bad) see if you are getting all H polarities and not V and vice versa. If you are missing all of one or the other then likely a bad lnb on your 110 and would account for only getting half your channels. To test you could swap your 91 lnb in place of your 110 unless you have a good replacement handy. Not saying it couldn't be the receiver as it sends the voltage of I think 13 and 18 volts accordingly.
