Lost hd theatre channel on sat 129

i was always getting the hd theatre channel

I think it is 9421. I know it was called hd theatre. There is only one channel on 129 that shows cars all day

it's called velocity and is on 110

I don't know. I could've sworn I saw hd theatre in the menu box as recent as 2 years ago. I know for sure that the channel is right after the a&e hd channel on 129. As of the latest rescan I got nothing. No velocity after the a&e hd channel no hd theatre. How can I get it back
