Been pointed at 91/110/119 for months now with 90% Quality and 92% Signal. All of a sudden while watching TV the Q and S starts dropping and bounce back up rapidly. Weather is not a factor here - blue skys. Has there been a freq change? Could it be a switch problem? Should a factory restart be performed? Thanks for your help

To check your switch run a direct cable from dish to receiver, make sure your setting reflect such. Are you grounded properly? It may be some moisture affecting your switch or connections, check connections for corrosion,check your cables for any damage. All guesses at this point until you do some testing.

No to factory reset. That is not a cure all. Post #2 covered most of it. Corrosion or water at connection. Switch gone bad. Wife moved your box and pulled coax from connector at box...
