Jynxbox Ultra V6-No Communication

I have an issue with my ultra. I was watching without any issues and as I was checking the a/v menu I lost all audio and video. After several reboots and changing the hdmi cable I still cannot get the ultra to communicate with my tv, therefore no tv. The only other comparison I've had with this before on other receivers is when the receiver is in Pal or in the wrong video format. The receiver powers up normally but the tv isn't recognizing it, any help would be appreciated.

Elemental Watson, you are out of range. Just plug in an rca cable get back your range by setting 1080i or 720p what ever your tv is capable of handling go back to hdmi and see if it works.

I've done that numerous times with other receivers but my ultra only connects with hdmi cable, no component or composite on this box.

Issue resolved. I took the ultra to my other tv and pressed the aspect button 2 times, 480i icon came up in the top right corner. I went into the a/v menu and set the receiver to 1080i_30 and all is good.

There is a small plug that converts to rca in that box, check it out. Glad you solved the problem!

I did get that plug with the receiver but didn't even think about it.
