scramble channel with good S&Q

I have a dreamlink T5 HD that has LNB out to limesat Ultra in the kitchen. I know you can only use one receiver at a time, but I have been having troubles when I turn off the Ultra and turn on my Dreamlink I am getting scrambled channel with good S&Q but no connection. I do a hard reset and sill scramble. In order to fix the problem I have to disconnect my internet and do a hard reboot on both the ultra and the dreamlink in order to get it back running.

Anyone have a solution to this annoying problem?

You can have both receivers on at the same time and they will work fine. You do although have to talk with your p$ to ensure you can do it with one code as he may want you to buy another for the second box.

Both setups have to be exactly the same and using the same antenna settings if you are using the other out on the l n b.

Are you hard wired to your router?

settings of antenna are the same, I do have their hard wired to the router...
