John Fox and the Denver Broncos have mutually agreed to part ways, according to Fox Sports and ESPN.
Fox Sports reported ahead of the Broncos' AFC Divisional Round tilt Sunday that Fox could be done in Denver if the Broncos lose.
Fox went 46-18 in four seasons with the Broncos, leading the team to playoff appearances in all four years and one Super Bowl. The Broncos lost to the Seattle Seahawks in last year's Super Bowl 43-8.
Fox, who was also head coach of the Carolina Panthers prior to his time in Denver, has a career record of 199-89
