[question] How to Pay?

Okay I've been trolling through the forums for a little while now looking through stickies and trying to find answers to all of the newbie-type questions that I possibly can find. I'm not seeing the answers anywhere obvious nor did I find any relevant discussions in a couple of searches.

For any of these iks providers (IKS66, IKSPS, Rocket, whoever) what's a good way to pay them? It's obvious that paypal is a bad idea, but I also don't just want to whip my normal visa card out of my wallet. I thought I had an idea, went to the gas station and bought a Visa Prepaid gift card, and no dice, the payment processors all reject it.

What's an easy way to pay these guys while maintaining a certain level of privacy? Is this a taboo question?

Couple of other things 1) if this is in the wrong location, mods please do move me wherever I belong and 2) if there's a sticky or discussion thread I just haven't run across yet, feel free to just link that and tell me to read. I'll gladly do so--no sense re-inventing the wheel if it's already been covered (and I'm sure it probably has).

Thanks--should note I did see that thread, but didn't glean what I want out of it. The main providers I'm looking at don't seem to take Green Dot. Liberty Reserve had its domain seized by the government, and I'm not sure I understand Web Money Transfer, as it doesn't look like the main ones take that either.

I'm still missing something. I did sporadically poke through the discussion posts after the sticky, but it seemed to be just a lot of back and forth about paypal, and that kind of thing.

*edit - Okay read through all ten pages, still not really sure. Would be nice to see which providers take which payment methods. I would be tempted to go out and get a Vanilla card, but all I see mentioned in that thread is that a lot of resellers take them.
