Hello all I've got a problem I have a 360 premium and have a problem with my quality going to 0% overnight its been working fine for years.
I've tried a new cable, a new lnb and reseting my box still no quality. I check the output voltage that goes to the LNB and I am getting almost 30 Volts DC, please more suggestions ??

I check the output voltage that goes to the LNB and I am getting almost 30 Volts DC, please more suggestions ??friend you can start by posting what dish and lnb or lnbs your using what sats your pointing too,and the settings for each sat your pointing too,and are you using any switches,if that's so try bypassing the switch and connect the cable from the dish straight to your receiver to rule out a bad switch....

for one echo 7 or sat 119 change the tp,12224 to 12297 and port 1 is fine and echo8 or sat 110 change tp 12224 to 12282 and port 2 is fine to see if you get the quality back,if your not using any switch this tp,s that were wrong should of brought back the signal and quality,if still no quality,you might have to tweak or adjust your dish a little,sometimes if its not tight it,ll moved with the wind....

I did not get any Q so i try with another box

now I only get Q for one sat on Port 1 I put echo 7 and I am getting echo 8 and in port 2 I get Q=0 and the same sat in Port 1 please help me

do a factory reset and rescan your sats 110 and 119 see if that helps if you havent scanned for a while this may bo the problem
