How can I wipe the server password?

How can I reset my dreamlink t5 so it will wipe the server password? The person I got it from will not support it anymore and I tried a factory reset but the server password remains. How can I do a total wipe of the box? Any help would be great thanks!

Thanks for the quick response. Ok so I should use the Make@Dream_T5 and set a new password with that. This will wipe all the servers too right? Then I just add my own.
