unknown ole error

after I brought my windows 8.1 laptop back to factory I get this " unknown ole error" when I run NFNetworkSetupWiz.exe...has anyone had this problem..it worked before thanks for any help

Try a setup wizard for windows 8.What setup are you trying to setup?

By taking your windows 8 "back to factory", I am not sure what you mean. Clean install, Restore to an earlier date, restore from back up? You could try just downloading the wizard again.

win 8.1 has the option to restore windows back to factory..i have downloaded different nf network wizards and I get the same error

don't use the wizard, do it manually. Not that hard to set up an NFHD. Can't help you with windows 8 though LOL.

well it drove me crazy so I installed windows 10 and the nf set up wizard worked....problem solved.......thanks everyone for your help
