Hello gang, a client brought me this receiver because from one day to another was working perfectly and now its No Signal all time, tried everything nothing works so I think the tuner died, at menu all it shows is 20% signal 20% quality, any ideas where I can look to fix this? A fuse, soldering power supply? Thanks in advance TP

Thanks in advance TPfriend have you tried a small piece of coax with one connector attached to the lnb in terminal and the other end stripped back so you can test the output,to the center wire and ground to the braided shield to your meter, change chs to move from V to H & measure the output.let us know what you find.....

I will have to load a channel list because it doesn't have any channels, but I did try and the meter shows 8 volts, check the power supply and all the cables have the voltage value, from 24, 12, 5.

Checked all the cables from power supply and all have the values it has written, from 3v, 5v, 22v..............checked the yellow thingy next to the tuner that in the OpenBox needs to be replaced when no signal is present and also good, will remove the 2 covers the tuner has to see if there is some visible problem....TP

I don't have this box, but did you go into the menu and see that LNB power is not turn off, and did you try and reload the software.
