Could be someone hacked your password and the server is seeing 2 ip's = termination of service, they could have given you a new password.

if for some reason accidently..the same code was used simultaneously the servr might have banned the ip...for that reason..

This is the type of person you do not want on your service. The resellers have posted what not to do, as it will result in permanent disconnect. Obviously the op has done one or more and is now paying the price. Stuff happens as we know, that may have been unintentional, but never the less happened and it shows in the logs. With so many competitors trying to ddos a service because they are losing customers to a better service, no one can or should tolerate rules being broken. I am sure there are other service offerings that will satisfy your needs and actions.

I'm curious on how much time was spent explaining your case to the reseller and the possibility of them looking into correcting the error before you decided to go to these extreme measures.

Guess it doesn't matter much now.............you've kind of already opened Pandora's box.

friend that's why its called testing,you try one server for a month if you don,t like it,you move to the next one,we don,t go around bashing private servers,because that way no one its going to sell you a code,if it was a mistake or not most of us knows better to buy more then one month of service....
