International channels 754 and up is showing blank screen

Hi, After the recent ECM, I got most of my movies, cartoons and news channels back but not international channels ranging from 754 and up, those channels are showing blank when I switch to them, my receiver is Dreamlink T4 hd an.d I bought donation from one of reseller from here, he requested me to post on this form.

Can anyone explain why is this happening?,I already did unplug and plugging back in and power cycle as well. Please explain

Can we presume you asked your reseller if international were up with his server. If so and they are up, then first check your antenna settings to make sure you have a lock on 118. If you do have a lock, then you could try a rescan. let us know if that helps.

Lock=when in antenna settings>above lnb power it gives the satellite name. the satellite name will appear again in blue letters top right in antenna settings.

Thanks for immediate help, yes, I did ask my reseller to resolve the issue, he kept directing me into this forum for an answer, he sent me his last e-mail saying he is off until end of Feb. I did tried rescanning 118/119 a few times but no result, yes, 118/119 do have lock, I checked blue letters on the top of LNB settings. Just wanted to let you know that I do have another sat receiver Nano preminum SE connected to same dish, I have a different provider for it, those international indian channels from 753 and up came up
ok with exception to contact lag, freezing on some channels after recent ECM but my Dreamlink t4 hd box is showing blank screen on all those channels from 754 and up. I also noticed that S & Q values on those range of channels are showing 40-60-70% instead of over 80-90% previously. Please help.

no such thing as a t4 hd stb
the t4 is sd

You must mean this box is a v4 Dreamlink HD.////You can check to see if signal will improve by pushing on the east or west side of dish slightly. If you see a change in signal then losen the bolts and readjust. ///Also you could use the codes from the working box to see if they are good with the Dreamlink. Don't use the same code on both boxes at the same time. let us know.

Thanks for your kind reply again, yes, you're right my receiver is Dreamlink V4 HD, I just noticed this evening that cartoon channels on 119 went down completly, it turned blank screen on all of them, somebody, somewhere must have done some work done to fix the problem at the server level, I just turning my TV on to see if I got any channels on 754 and up, looks like I got all of those channels back, no blank screen or freezing, S & Q values are still the same but my channels are all working fine, I am not happy that those channels weren't fixed as quick as possible, it took almost 2 weeks to fix them.

Strange that the reseller wanted you to post your problem when all the time the server was down on those channels.

your not happy? know what will make you happy, a legit sub with the provider, then you can complain about what you do and do not get. you are stealing a signal and expecting things to be perfect, not going to happen. either change your expectations, or change how you get it
