Need recomendation for an IPTV receiver

Do you mean dreamlink HD t5? does it support iptv? I was enquiring with wow tv - their service doesn't work with any other devices other than roku and mag. They seem to have all the channles i need - but not sure about the service. I want something that has no freezing when it works (i understand it will go down from time to time - but when its up, i want decent quality)
