No image on my cw700

Hi I have a cw700 with dongle and I do hard reset, reinstall 2 different files reconfigure the system and put again the info, and still no image, and the same problem with other 2 cw700 with.
I think I need help with tutu server.
I appreciate any help.

Have you enabled the software H-0-0-0 and H-5-5-5.Are you getting a mac # in info blue button l believe thats the combo.

Everything is enabled.
When I check the info says "server status, disconnected"
I did step by step but nothing is happen.
Another suggestions??

I take it you are running 266 file with japan off/autoroll off.
