roku setup?

I know this is not the right section for this but I looked everywhere, can anyone tell me where I can find info on setting up my roku? I followed the instructions and when it gets to the point of downloading the latest software it just stops at that point.

Never ran into this with the 3 that I setup ( 2 XP's and a 2) But the only thing I can think of is to make sure you are connected to your network then Reboot it Unplug and plug back in
