Roku volume button

I am using a Roku 3 but i cannot get the volume button to work i would really like some help if any one knows how to make it work thanks

ROKU volume button only works when using your ear phones.

If you have a harmony logitech remote you can program it for roku and of course your tv and any other boxes...now you can use the one remote to change channels and volume,... works really well actually..
