Can't connect

I am getting message can't connect .
i updated to the latest build but still geting msg can't connect
please advice.

Check the up/down thread of your server to see if there are in fact up. And also check that your donation is still alive and that your server hasn't changed from url to ip. If all is good then retire all equipment starting with router. Wait for it to come up before moving to receiver. good luck

No, that just means re-boot everything.

Power off everything and then start router and or modem first, then box.
