LatinFTA gone?

Has LatinFTA bitten the dust? My contact email addresses are not valid any more and the service is not connecting. It went down earlier this week. In the past when that happened they had changed their IP address or port number. The service worked well for 2 1/2 years. Any info would be appreciated.
