The member praise area is great but I think sometimes it's necessary to praise a member in their section so other members can see the great job they are doing and the quality of service they provide.

That is a great post and I understand what you are saying however as Condor said, we have a section for that which keeps these type of threads on track to their perspective area and alleviates clean up work from site staff.
