Will not load files

Dreamlink HD T5 giving issues.
Did factory reset and now it will not accept new factory file or new bin file.
It only automatically resets to the factory reset screen. (No Channel)
I have tried all reboot combinations and file loading combinations.
Please help

you have to create a folder into your USB stick and store the bin under that folder to get the files loaded onto your T5.

Have you checked your sat list to see if the sats you want are there to scan?

Thank-you both for your time, thought and input. I do not have to ask many questions here because I can usually find the answer already posted.
This time the answer is at my end. A malfunctioning Slingbox seemed to be blocking my process.
If I wasn't half asleep yesterday, I would have spotted this.
Disconected the S unit and now everything is fine.
