nFusion hd box and "NOI cannot connect to server". message

"NOI cannot connect to server". message
I have been using NOI for a few years with nFusion HD and am now running NOI 1.31a with Windows 8.1. I put in a new printer last week (printer/software now removed) and it may have made some changes to my network and now get "cannot connect to server" message in a pop up window. I see server 1 in red in the corner of the screen window of NOI. I have checked with my provider and they say I am paid up and problem on my end. Other than printer in/out, nothing has changed and things were working before.

Many reboots of nF box, computer and routers. Getting good signal from south and checked cat 5 wires to box from router.

It has been so long since I put this in forgotten everything. Anybody see the problem?

Have you tried entering your computers IP as the gateway on your box....that might be a good place to start

ipv4 123.108.108.138

192.168.0.108
210.51.47.147

If these are static ip's you setup.Then put pc back on dhcp and restart pc then post those ip's and file you loaded in receiver.From there I can tell what will be pc and receiver's static ips's.

Thank you Glatt. I have checked with my provider and they say I am paid up and problem on my end. The fact that it was working fine and that I can see "server 1" in red in NOI window leads me to believe I am not being recognized as paid up by the provider's system. Appreciated from farmerboy

I put pc back on dhcp and restarted pc and set back to static. Here is the tcp/ipv4 connection:
static
ip 192.168.0.108
sub 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.0.1

use following dns server 192.168.0.1

Advanced tcp/ip setting
192.168.0.108 sub 255.255.255.0
123.108.109.22 255.0.0.0
123.108.108.138 255.0.0.0
210.51.47.147 255.0.0.0
bin v1.3sR 27F

Your receivers ip's should be

local ip 192.168.000.120
subnet 255.255.255.000
gateway 192.168.000.108
dns 192.168.000.001

The 27r is for dn only so you only need this ip in advanced settings 210.51.47.147 255.0.0.0
bin v1.3sR 27F

Thanks for the info runamok. I followed all your suggestions. When I added advanced ip setting 210.51.47.147 the submask populated automatically with 255.255.255.0 so I manually changed it to 255.0.0.0 as suggested. I am still getting the "cannot connect". I am still stuck.

runamok has never set up Nfusion with NOI reset all as before and make sure that your gateway on Nfusion is set to your

Your suns message is correct other than it should show connected.Test your codes in the settings tab in noi and then start noi.noi should show you a fuzzy screen and a countdown clock without receiver working or connected.
