Mag 254 unsupported mode

On the start up of my Mag254 box i am getting unsupported mode can any one tell why i am getting this thanks

Unplug mag254 then hold down the menu button the one below home and then reconnect the box.
You will get a blue screen which probably is set PAL and change to 1080p
Exit to save on bottom

I found out what it is i have a Onkyo amp which all my boxes and tv is connected to i was using the 4K hdmi slot for the Mag 254 thanks

me too. some video on YouTube do not work. any one have a suggestion? do we need to update mag250?
