Newer sat dish doesn't tell us anything. How many L N B are on the dish? Is there a switch? Have you received these satellites in the past? Are you hooked into a provider setup or is this your install? Post all your antenna settings. thanks.

Try setting disq #1 for 119
disq#2 for 110 and
disq #3 for 129

The LNB type needs to be OCS-DP on all satellite settings, the switching needs to be Diseqc port #1=119, Diseqc port #2= 110 and Diseqc port #3=129. on 119 use TP 12457, on 129 use TP 12516, these have a couple of open channels and are in SD.

you are 8° too far East or you may have 1000.4 lnbf...are the cones spaced equally apart?

that's a 1000.2 dish and dishpro lnbs and use the settings on the other post, and for sat 110 use tp 12282 and port 2,your probably going to need a power inserter and dp44 switch, because the receiver your using is a power hog....

your dish is not skewed...
His skew will depend on what part of the world he is in, but from the problem he is having I would say the skew is off too.

Go to internet, for dish pointer site, enter your address in top bar, and go to next slot to browse sat list, when you find dish 1000.2, for 110/119/129, click on go it will give you your dish settings, from what I have seen your dish is not pointed and skewed correctly!

why is he using legacy lnb-ocs-dp setting? isn't he using a dish 1000.2 lnb not a legacy lnb? and shouldn't 22 k be turned on??
