tutu south acamd settings ???

having a problem here with tutu service, testing numbers just received for testing! cant connect to south but north connects with the same user and pass ,mr tutumax says its on my end.................. so if i have this wrong please someone tell me here thanks! but i am pretty sure its right .. i can ping the server that part works but the user and pass give me a error on south when i read it out on acamd display i can clearly see it does not connect past the ip address .. maybe its the port ???? is there other ports i could try ????.........am using mediaportal mdapi with genpix dvb-s2 card on windows7..... thanks satfixers for your time!

Are you using ip# or url for South.

i tried both even put the user for password and password as user i am thinking it has got to be a port ? or user and pass are no good for this one idk ? north works perfect with the same user/pass

I'm running into same issue with Dreamlink. Going back N forth with Tutumax trying to find out issue over last couple days. I'm using DHCP and cannot change DNS even if I knew what to change it to.

Everything else is running good with others, except South.
Any suggestions?

Turn your router off and receiver off from the rear. Refire router and wait for it to come all the way up. Now turn receiver on from rear and leave it on channel 200 for a few minutes. let us know
