I need Help with my Jynxbox V10

hello thank you for having me here !
i bought a Jynxbox v10 , i plug it with my directv dish lbn's got nothing , i used DDp switch nothing , i used Diseqc 4x1 switch nothing. i plug it directly to the LBNS without any switches nothing ? always is signal 42% . can you please help me & tel me wheres the problem is it Directv LBN's problem or something else ? or they send me a v10 with a bad Jb200 ?

post which sats your trying to find and your sat settings as you inputted in your sat screen please.

i tried them all , no satellite worked for me , always got 42% of signal ... i'll love to know if my directv lbn's will do the job or i need a new antenna dish & a new Lnb ? i'm trying to find what went wrong the LNB or the antenna dish or JB200.

have you tried re-aligning the dish or are you just hooking it up and leaving the dish pointed where it was aimed at Dave?

what file have you loaded to the receiver???

It may be a loader problem? Try getting another loader to see if it'll work decently.
