Hey folks,
not sure if this was asked already, I didn't see it... but I was hoping to get some insight into a picture problem I've got with my T5.
The top part of the picture is cut off on the screen and there appears to be a black bar at the bottom. It is almost like the image is slightly shifted up and a little stretched. I have played with the settings, tried every resolution combo and connected the box via HDMI, Component, and even Composite. The picture stays like that no matter what.
I even swapped out the DL100 before... and even tried the box without it just to see how the SD channels come in. Same picture problem.
Any info will be appreciated.
Just to give you an idea of what is happening, this video is about a Dreamlink HD, but it's happening on my T5...

have you checked the handbook menu that came with your receiver, there should be something in there to fix the issue, maybe somebody there press something in the remote, did it came like that since you got the box or it just happen, maybe its the box itself that its bad,if its new I would try contacting who ever you bought it from to see if you can exchange the receiver.....

Yeah, it came like that out of the box. I did swap the DL100 in hopes of sorting it but like I said that didn't help. I haven't used it on the big screen in awhile, just use it in my basement on an old 27" for the moment. With the playoffs coming up I figure I'd ask about this as I am going to get it hooked to the big screen again. BTW, it happens when connected to both tv's and regardless of the type of connection/wires used.
Thanks for your help.

Ah... returning it to the vendor might be an issue now that I loaded bins. I might just bite the bullet and just leave the T5 the way it is and get another box for the big screen. Thanks for your help.
