jynxbox v10 channels all black in the 500

this is the way i got this box : loader version 1.2.20 firmware 3.3.10. I am wondering if the firmware is not letting me connect to the server on the channels 500 on up? If this might be so could someone help me get the correct firmware please. I have read enough here that says I could brick this box installing the incorrect firmware.I'm using dish 119/110/129 lnb is set for dpp

those are pay-per-view channels and won't always be available

yes all 3 sats are locked and scanned it's mostly the ppv's that are black when on or off and also doesn't tell me connected to server 1 or 2,the other channels that are intermit are 232 , 299. I have been reading different posts here and was wondering in installing the allchunk v7 dump would fix the issue so far I have the file, right now I'm looking for the loader.

There is nothing wrong with your receiver, your PS is not opening the CHs, that's all.
