Look @Eye4AnEye I am not trying to make this personal. The truth is the attack did not shut down the site. The server uptime remained below 1.0. The httpd.conf is limited to 225 MaxClients for performance purposes and at times you occupied many of those. This is an annoyance because I am trying to spend time with my family for the Christmas holiday. Don't you have family and friends you would rather be spending time with?

I'm limiting the number of TCP connections to the server per IP. You're going to do whatever you're going to try to do. I've worked at major tech firms, I'll be able to stop it. All I can say is you've focused your energy at a community instead of the individual you're upset with. If you are serious about making it personal, then arrange a meeting and fight it out IRL.

That is the sad part. Many of them have helped people in the community over years. And to make them targets for no legit reason is sad. No doubt they would have helped members on the boss site. IKS is good if you like freezing and the watering down of the signal that Dishnet does in order to fit a few hundred "HD" chans on their birds.

The downside of cband is having the space for a 8-10ft dish, but other than that it's better than IKS is every way. You don't connect to remote servers, don't pay monthly/yearly fees to people running IKS servers, and don't get extortion letters.
