nfhd wont pick up birds

hello can anyone help me out,,,i have been away from here for like 4 years went to hook up my nfhd and i can not pick up birds ,,,what files em i missing,,,i have a single off my other rec and its at 95% for 110,,,plug in the nfhd and nothing,,,i must be missing files

Your connected to the wrong sat input. It is the second one in not the end cable line!!

tried the cable thing but no go,,,what should the tp's be for 110 and 119,,,on 110 i have 12269H20000 is this right?
