does it say connected when you hit ok in server set-up?
Is server turned on?

yes it said connected after I put the id and password info

If is says connected then hit exit and then it will ask you to save, then hit exit once more and again it will ask to save.


Then you should be good. You can be connected and still have no picture when server is not giving channels. Check your server up/down thread.

go into server set-up The ip/domain should show.If it does not then go to the server slot where you entered the info ,hit the right or left arrow to turn it on
