Can' t seem to load factory nor bin into T5, help pls.

hi guys
really need a little assistance.
have got a new machine....opened up and up in chip...
hooked up wires...
now i have gone to file section and downloaded the T5 0010-0910 bin......
and.....the t5 0102 bin....
I have extracted both files to a usb stick......

i am under utilities........data transfer.....
when i try to load factory bin..............................i get....invalid firmware.....What????

checked the version info:
model is T5
loader version is L1.00.00
hardware version is HT- V20 1.00.00
I would presume this is standard info right out of the box........

What am i missing??????

No need to go into menu, just put extracted 102 file on usb stick and insert A pop up window appears ,click on file
Just load 102 and factory default
