Setup problem?

Do i need to install an initial file?
If so, can anyone share the link

i downloaded 102 file. unzipped and copied to usb.
When i stick the usb in the box a window pops up, but it is empty. i do not see the file 102.
What am i doing wrong???

Did you format the stick????
if not .....just put the bin on it.........nothing else...
other than that then you may not have unzipped it properly......
