I have been told that BEV PPV works differently than Dish PPV. When you buy a Dish PPV you can watch it all day long until 4:00 am the next morning - so at $4.99 the IKS guys could afford to buy a few PPV movies each day. Apparently when you buy a PPV from BEV it is only good for one show - once you watch it you are done - so it would cost the BEV IKS guys too much money and effort to keep buying PPV movies all day long.
