freeze every 2 seconds

I have a mx2 android TV box and when I play a movie,TV show or cartoon have freeze every 2 seconds. Somebody have a solution for this problem?

it could be alot of things clear your cache update to kodi 14.0 or higher could be you internet speed is to slow could be the link your trying try a different link.

clearing the cache is mainly what i do to solve the buffering.
however, with genesis that i'm using, i find it's the server that makes it slow. i can pick a movie from one location and it's super slow, then i pick another one from another location and it runs like a champ..

freezing picture is usually caused by a weak Wifi connection, bring the box closer to your router to improve the signal or hard wire it for better results.

bingo on the wireless .....as for comments about updating the box....thats nonsense
13.2 is working just fine, have loaded maybe a couple of dozen with 13.2 and still runnin great
