Followed all steps to set up server over and over

My rocket is active (old cnx died so not in use)
Can anyone sugest a good set up guide or online help.

Les443. DOUBLE CLICK ON THE make2dream_T5.bat FILE

This will cause almost instantly a new file to be created in the same folder called ServerT5.HDB
