NOI isn't very stable. I'd suggest using xx-client instead.

OK GUYS AND GALS the last update to windows april 14th and 16th caused NOI not to work .restored system back to earlier date before the 14th and up and running

System restore worked for me as well

No, what the problem is that you were running windows 7 or older and microsoft did an update to take it to the windows 8 frame work. Now your getting an error when you try to open. So what you can do is download N.O.I for windows 8.

2 of my friends used the N.O.I for windows 8 and they havent had a prob since. Just letting you know that it does work.

Run noi from the folder the dll. file that is with the noi icon.Do not drag noi out of the extracted folder.
