Chex Mix Treats
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 16 squares
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
5 cups mini marshmallows
4 cups Sweet ‘n Salty Chex Mix

Preparation Instructions
1) Lightly coat an 8x8 square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
2) Pour Chex Mix into a large bowl. Set aside.
3) In a medium pot over low heat, melt butter.
4) Add marshmallows and stir constantly until mixture is smooth.
5) Remove from heat and pour over cereal. Gently stir until cereal is completed coated.
6) Pour mixture into prepared pan and press down lightly.
7) Let set for about a half hour or until firm. Cut into squares and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
8) Enjoy!
