The contracts for May 2 still are not signed. Is the fight in any real jeopardy?

The battles continue between Bob Arum and Mayweather Promotions, with "http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id/12736671/floyd-mayweather-manny-pacquiao-contract-not-signed"]ESPN reporting earlier today that contracts for the May 2 http://www.sbnation.com/pacquiao-mayweather"]Mayweather-Pacquiao fight still have not been signed, meaning that tickets still have not been given out or sold, and that the event is stuck in limbo at the moment, 11 days out from the fight.
What, did you think anything would be easy?
Arum says that he received a new draft of the contract on April 15, and has not signed it because it differs from the term sheet that he, Mayweather Promotions, and the MGM all signed earlier this year to make the fight (seemingly?) official.

"We agreed that we would all be signatories on the final contract and then they sent us a draft of the agreement and it excluded us. ... They don't want us to have any say. So whether they came up with the deal between Mayweather and MGM before or after our agreement, they've committed fraud either way. That's what we're enmeshed in."
Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe says that Arum is doing his "typical" stuff:

"The bottom line is that Bob isn't willing to live with the agreement signed a couple months ago, which doesn't allow him to be in control. ... This kind of behavior is one of the main reasons why Mr. Mayweather decided to move on with his own career [when he left Top Rank] and become vastly successful and make hundreds of millions of dollars on his own."
Arum says he's confident that the fight will still happen, as does Ellerbe. Arum believes that the governor of Nevada could step in on behalf of the gaming commission and make the event happen.
Anyway, this is the same type of story we've had since 2009, so what's another week and a half, right? One way or the other, this fight will happen. There would simply be no coming back from being the party responsible for canceling this fight at this stage. (Or even being publicly seen as the party responsible.) Who's pulling the power play? Who's holding out for the most power they can get? Everyone? Anyone? No one? Whatever. Let's get to fight night and find out what's what. This could all be over by tomorrow.

When Pac saw how Floyd looked just days of the event, this was the reaction.

Add 15 pounds to what your watching and Pacquiao will have the biggest challenge of his career. Not just a bigger guy in front of him but a faster and more intelligent boxer. Experts are talking about PBF using his big frame to tire Manny and use power punches if he decides to plant his legs and slug it out with Pac in the late rounds.

Pretty much how I saw the fight anyway except for the "power punch" thing. IF PBF would go for a KO it would late and very late and he`d only do that if Pac is either hurt or noticeably tired which I don`t see either. Extra pounds and strength aside I`ll stick with a 12 rd decision for PBF.

Bradley is more buffed than PBF has a better chin too.If Floyd comes to fight he has a chance but if he decides to run he will lose.I say little Manny will tag PBF early and PBF will do just that ruuuun!

watch for Floyd to dominate the fight from start to finish ....
Manny is going to fly off the gate trying to hurt Floyd in the first few rounds
but it will have no affect on Floyd cause it's what he is expecting from Manny ...
This fight is going to go into the later rounds finishing by decision ... Floyd 9-3

Floyd looks buffed.he could be the strongest guy in the world but hes not going to ko anybody.he still has girly brittle hands for which there is no cure.if he stands in there and trades blows he will break his hands.all he can do is run clinch and potshot.if he can keep manny off of him he will probably get the decision.all he needs is a little help from the ref.

Pretty much agree with the Cobra... Floyd is not a big puncher.. did not ko marquez, who is a midget.
Doubt he will ko Manny.. Marquez right hand is much more powerful than Floyd.
BUT,,, Floyd is a big man, he will block Manny's shots and counter.. will look good to the judges.
As I said earlier, which nooone in the forum has really touched on,, Floyd toooo big. Long arms.
Hard to hit. Flashy. Will be tough for Manny to land a clean blow.
I like Floyd by a split decision... (like my last girlfriend said as she left me for good..."size matters!"

"Tooo big and long arms" invite a fighter to do some serious damage once he gets inside and can stay there long enough to hurt PBF to bring them long arms down. But can Manny get inside never mind staying there?.....maybe years ago but I`m not seeing it now. He`ll try I`m sure but unless he "catches" PBF napping early(5th rnd) it will be a long and tiring night for Pac.
