Time to try a service. Who has a good north and south package?

We are looking for north/south package if that available these days. I have been reading around the forum and getting a lot of conflicting info. Apparently the ones who used to have north have lost it and those services that that used to have good re-sellers and support have gone NR.. leaving their current customers on this site high and dry.. like I found out with TUTU and we want to avoid them.

If you have any good leads or references to a good package, it will be appreciated.
