Are you using the HD20-2028_nochk_2nd_chksum_2nd_try file in the link below? If not load it and see if you get the network settings in the menu:

If you see adapter connect then the network settings should be in the menu...I would not make any adjustments to the ip address etc. through the wizloader...could cause a brick issue with the wiz110sr. Any adjustments should be done through the network settings menu in the stb.

What is your speed showing in wiznet in the serial tab?

In wiznet make sure the dot is in dhcp then click settings to save then reboot receiver.Receiver should be set to dhcp also.

If you are at version 4.12 via wizloader then you shouldn't need to reload...24212...been my experience once one of these wiz110sr's are converted it's just about impossible to reload a file version or even reload the factory file. How are you connecting the wiz110sr to the stb?

i used 5 volt adapter to power up the wiz110sr and i used null adapter to connect wiz110sr to stb and hard wired to the modem.
im going to change the null adaptor may the one im using is defective.thank you,i let you know thank you very much.
