Software and firmware for OPENBOX S10 HD

Helo, I have an OPENBOX S10 HD Satellite receiver, and I Can't find any info on this Brand and Model Please help me, I need the latest software with satellites list and the firmware, I buy this, some 2 or 3 years ago, and apparently come for use in Atlantic E., Europe,Asia, etc. only satellites "E " East, are listed.:yes:

Um, I've always thought "firmware" means the hardware inside the box--that never changes. "Software" is programming and it can change. So, by asking for the latest firmware are you not asking for a new box?--a bit silly.
