mag254 changing servers

Can you add servers on the mag254 so you can switch between them are there a sticky for that?

The new 0.0.18-r11-250 or (245) file…..this is for the mag 250 or the 54 boxes

Unplug the box then plug it back in

Watch for the part on the screen where it says push menu to get into settings.

Once in the settings go to system settings
Then servers
then portals
there will be an option to press f1 on the bottom of the screen.

Press f1
Turn on multiportal mode
Leave the default portal

Change the load delay to 10 seconds
Enter up to 8 portals

Save exit


On the screen I will say loading portal press menu

Bam!!!

Pick the service you want………and to change push menu go to setting then click reload portal

And repeat!!!

Will i need to do a software update? i didnt see anything on botom of page to press f1

I have the version 0.2.18-r4-250 . how can i update my mag 250. i tried to update automaticaly but(from htttp) it fails .i have already a server on it. do i nneed to upadete from a usb drive? and where to find the new r 11 version?

When in software update menu hit channel down button once to go to box under the HTTP box there the r11 file should be showing.

for me when i click on verify it gives me : available version 218. descrp. 0.2.-r5-pub-250. (not r-11) thanks

I'm also having a problem updating the 254 to r11, mine shows r3, it gives me an update url with a port but if I hit verify it says no correct url and I have to cancel it

the box must be connected to the internet to do the update

i had that issue before too

It is connected to the internet, I'm able to watch vod's and any other channel so I know my internet is working not sure if the url is correct, could that cause a problem?

well first we have to be in the inner portal

one way is to reboot the box and while its loading it says some thing about inner menu and you have to push the set button on the 250 and the menu on the 254 and that is the ont lone lower left of the arrow keys

then get into the inner portal

go to the system setting then to up day

from what i remember then there will be info saying to update press f4 the red button

then it should do the update if not we can work from there i can check mine right now its in use

no need to uplug,for 250 setting then inner portal autoupdate (allowed), press f2( update manually) then f1 and it willl be upadated to r11.

Thank you tbird686, the update worked the way you said....now if I can get the guide to change channels for me I'll be ok and if I can find a channel list so I can know where everything is at I'll be good....thanks again...

I'm using Ipguys right now...found some porn channels on the guide but they won't come up on the screen when I choose a channel even when I manually put in the channel numbers....if it keeps up like this I'll drop iptv all together

are you using the mag 254?

when your in the main menu and you pick tv and sort to the english its all there and when you sort to the adult when you click on it it will ask for a password and its

0000

Yes I'm using mag 254.....when I choose adult it shows me channels I enter the pwd and it goes back to the previous channel I was watching.....really weird...

When I try to save I get this message
Not all required fields are fill

so what am I do wrong ?
