mag 250 and yutube

my mag 250 can no longer get youtube video using software r11. any suggestion?

You never mentioned any counter measures on your part ....... try rebooting your mag254 by unplugging it from AC plug, wait a few seconds and plug back in. Try to access youtube again ...... does this work?

yes i rebooted it but in vain. it say like the device is not compatible with youtube. before, i was able to view some videos on youtube, but not all videos. recently, i update the seofware to r11, i do not know if this is the cause.

Youtube not working here either.It shows video's to click on but none load.

It's a known bug with the update. The same goes for the speedtest ie not working. Hopefully infomir's next update will solve the issue.

I cantacted infomir and they said they would look ino the issue.
i have a question guys, if we give 250 mac adresse to an iptv reseller to add another server, can the reseller block totally the mag and we can not use with another portal other than his, if we decided not to get a sub with him.

Only that server is blocked on that portal.The mag still works.
