Adding portals

Good morning everyone I have mag 254 and have tried adding another portal as the info says but it doesn`t show up in the portal area.Just the 2 other ones I have show up.Anyone have any ideas as to what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

When you go into the portal menu do you see info in name and url lines?If not info wasn't saved and will not show when loading.
