satelite problem

i have 2 jynxbox one v2 and one v3 they wher working verry good on sat 91 and 82 but sudenly my v2 lost signal on sat 82 so i disconected my v2 and connected my v3 on same cable the v3 is able to get sat 82 signal to 96.So reconected the v2 Done facory reset renter factory program and program 243 and still cant get the v2 to get signal from sat 82 can someone help me whit this problem why the v3 can connect to sat 82 and the v2 lost this sat signal Can it be the jb200 module this is just a gest

module is burnt out. I think they're called a jb200. $30 or $40 on ebay
