Blinking red light

I have a jynxbox ultra v3 and I lost power due to a storm. When the electricity came back my box was not working correctly. The HDMI port and Ethernet port would not work. So I connected the RCA cables and wifi adapter and it began to work. Then my box froze and I could not turn it off with my remote, so I turned off the power switch on the back. When I switched it back on and a red blinking light would appear and nothing else. So then I tried to reinstall the firmware thru the loader but it would not connect with my serial connector. It gave me a message saying cant connect to target or target is error status. Is my box fried?? Any help would be appreciated.

friend it sounds like some of the capacitors fried you can take the top cover and check the capacitors if there blown out and popped up and replace the capacitors that your see burned out or you can simply replace the power supply board,you can probably find it on ebay....

Pull the JB200 module out then see if it will boot, a shorted JB200 will do this.
