I have rebooted modem and stn many times ... DN not connecting . Codes still good

I fail to see you that you have rebooted your router as well. Have you let them all sit for a good 5 mins before booting things back up in reverse order?

Yes , turned off stb , turned off modem . turn on modem , wait for it to reboot , then turn on stb ... no connection

turning òff doesnt always power cycle your devices...try to unplug them

Hello everybody, can someone tell me if the 110 and 119 sat are down? Since four days ago I don't have tv, I have a dreambox dm100 was unplug from modem and power for more than 5 min connections checked but nothing, I don't know what to do and my provider said to visit this page first.
I appreciate your help

Surely your provider would have said he was down prior to telling you to visit here. Follow instructions with regard to rebooting as mentioned in previous posts in this thread? I see where some have changed to url from ip or visa versa. If rebooting doesn't work give that a go.

Hello, anybody have a problem with the server not connecting? Was told codes were working fine on the other end. Did a factory reboot, unplugged box and modem for hours, even tried reversing the url and ip address. I have two dreamlink lite sd 4s. Can't believe both down at the same time. Any advice would be appreciated been down for weeks.

Are you trying to connect both boxes at the same time using the same codes? That doesn't work.

Had the same issues. It turned out that the password given at time of donation were the same for each subscription. After the passwords were changed, all works well.
