Power up getting ASH

[Smooth]

I went to power my unit off and on from the switch on the back of the unit. It goes to ON than switches to ASH on the unit screen and the receivers seems to be off and not allowing me to do anything. Any suggestions?

I read another post stating to
Try loading factory file again via rs232 cable.
Is this correct?
It was working find previously
