iptv using a smart tv

After having back surgery I am living on a steady drip of Opium pain medication.....Could someone please put together a set by step instructions of how to set-up a smart Tv with Kodi and stalker or a client program to watch IPTV ? The tutorials and video's available, I can not focus or concentrate to understand anything . Can't even get out of the bed ( traction ). . Appreciate the help---

as far as I know I have yet to se any smart TV you can sideload other apps on to. you will need to buy an android box and do it that way

The latest smart Samsung tv's have the ability to connect to the web and run apps. There are video threads about running apps but with my condition, I can not focus ,think or get out of bed or walk. Thanks.
